Toucans

Have you ever wondered...What bird is one of the most tropical animals ever!? The answer is the toucan! Toucans come in almost every colour (black,blue,pink,red,yellow and more) . 

The appearance of a toucan

The colour: Toucans can be a lot of colour including blue, black, red, purple, orange and more. The beak: The beak is also very colourful and is bigger than the rest of the bird's body.  Height: Toco toucans are 61cm

Toucans live in holes of trees and other small safe places they like to live in rainforests such as the amazon.

             A toucans lifespan

                      In the wild a toucans lifespan on average is twenty 

                   Years! And can expand to 26 years but in captivity it 

                   Can decrease to eighteen years! 

A toucans predators are Harpy eagles (eagles) , Big cats, Hawks, and Owls. Weasels, snakes and rats tend to eat the toucans eggs rather than the toucan itself.

1. Toucans have a beak almost as big as themselves however this beak is very light.
2. Toucans main habitat is in a rainforest

1. Predict which colour you will pull out of the hat
2. Close your eyes 
3. Mix the coloured balls 
4. Pick one out of the hat

Eton guessed  Yellow   and got yellow

How to write a quality blog post!

Hi I’m Lily and I’m going to tell you how to write a quality blog post, from start to end.

So first of all, you need a catchy title to encourage the reader to look at your blog post then you will need either a question asking the reader if they know what you are about to tell them or a good catchy introduction. Then you need to write the body of the blog post which is writing about whatever you chose to write about. Then to end the blog post you either ask them a question if they learnt anything new or just leave it there.

I also like using images to interest the reader even further.

I hope you learnt something new!
